Hope Assistance Foundation is led by a passionate founder and an experienced advisory team that has supported Hope Community School and various other projects for many years. With the additional support of generous donors, HAF continues to make a lasting impact.
FOUNDER AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE
Philanthropist passionate, Economist, Maitre in Public Administration (University of Quebec/ENAP), Certified in human and institutional performance evaluation, certified in training evaluation; Mrs Chantal Mubarure is an accomplished project management and organizational strengthening expert, with over two decades’ experience in different senior leadership positions including chairing Boards of and leading non-for-profit organizations.
EDUCATION AND SPIRITUAL LIFE ADVISOR
Robertson is a dedicated missionary and USA certified teacher with a Bachelor degree. Passionate for vulnerable children’s education. Janet was the first one to understood Chantal’s vision and immediately offered to assist by providing education advice to set up/maintain standards as well as training teachers
EDUCATIONAL ADVISOR
Prof. Dr. Marie Jeanne Mukazayire is a full Professor at College of Medicine and Health Sciences (UR). She has PhD in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences (ULB, Belgium). With 20+ years of experience in community development, Research and many publications, teaching and learning in different universities of East Africa.
PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISOR
Muragijimana Christian, a Doctoral Researcher in Public Health at the University of Eastern Finland, advocates for locally driven, culturally relevant solutions that focus on community-centered environmental and public health interventions, aiming to strengthen local capacities to address global challenges.
COMMUNITY INGAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Fidele Rutayisire is an expert in leading non-government organizations’ projects in different areas such as Human rights, social Justice, Gender Equity. A lawyer by training, with a master’s degree in Gender studies, Fidele is passionate for the empowerment of women and the transformation of societal attitudes toward gender.
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Blaise Miringanyo is an accomplished educator with a Master’s degree from the International Graduate School of Ministry (IGSM). and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Pedagogy, specializing in Letters and Human Sciences with a focus on History, from the Higher Institute of Pedagogy(ISP).. With extensive experience in academia, Blaise has served as a high school teacher and dean of studies, demonstrating his commitment to education and leadership in the academic field.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
Community development passionate, Nirere Antoinette has a bachelor’s degree in rural development. She is dedicated to serve the most vulnerable in her own Community (Ndego). She has track record in operations management and rural development. She plays a big role in our drop out zero tolerance policy.
SCHOOL DIRECTOR
Dedicated to children’ education in both preschool and primary school, Justin Ndayambaje is a certified teacher with experience in school management. In his role of school director, he plays a crucial role in maintaining both quality education and discipline, embedding Christian.
ADMINIStrAtion and finances Manager
Mugwaneza Maryse holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Business and Economics at the University of Rwanda. She has gained extensive experience working with various organizations as a Finance Officer, showcasing her expertise in financial management and analysis. Maryse is passionate about driving organizational growth through effective financial strategies and leadership.
