HOPE ASSISTANCE
FOUNDATION
Founded by Chantal Mubarure, HAF arose from a deep commitment to serve those in need, especially in areas lacking essential resources. Through our various programs, we strive to address not only the educational needs of children but also their emotional and spiritual well-being.
Hope Assistance Foundation (HAF) was established in compliance with Law N°04/2012 of February 17, 2012, governing the organization and functioning of non-governmental organizations in Rwanda. Our mission is to provide biblical counseling and educational services aimed at uplifting the most vulnerable members of society.

Be part of our Goal of Providing access to quality education to most vulnerable children and women economic empowerment: in Rwanda.
Our integrated approach is to free people from severe poverty in rural communities by removing barriers to access basic and technical/TVET quality education, health, food security and women empowerment in Rwanda
